My Services

1

Individual Therapy

Are you experiencing anxiety, constantly worrying, overwhelming panic, or feeling socially anxious? Or, maybe you are finding it difficult to control your emotional responses. I get it. These symptoms can be quite frightening, leaving you feeling anxious, hopeless, lonely, and helpless.

Or, maybe you are a neurodivergent thinker who struggles with ADHD, and feels scattered all the time and is ready to take committed, effective action to change.

In individual therapy sessions, I provide a tailored treatment plan centered on you. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Additionally, I’m trained in and proud to offer Sandtray Therapy, and expressive form of therapy.

OCD

OCD makes you feel constantly plagued by intrusive, distressing thoughts, and doubting. In turn, you spend countless hours engaging in compulsions, desperately trying to get rid of this doubt. You may constantly wash and sanitize your hands and belongings, meticulously arrange objects in a particular manner, repeat phrases, search the internet and seek constant reassurance from others. As another attempt to try to stop the anxiety and fear, you end up avoiding doing things you once enjoyed. You don't feel calm anymore.

I am trained in and provide Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence -based therapy to treat OCD. OCD is a highly treatable disorder. We will work together to help you manage your symptoms so they don't take the center stage in your daily life anymore.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

*Please note that I am accepting child and adolescent clients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to learn more.

As a rigorously trained Registered Play Therapist, I am trained in translating the language children use, play. In Play Therapy, I offer a carefully selected variety of toys to aid children communicating and expressing what they need during our session.

I also work with parents to help them develop effective skills to support their child at home.

With my work with adolescents, I often make us of expressive modalities to aid in exploring their deepest concerns and insecurities.

I also work with motivated adolescents and families with OCD utilizing ERP.
