ISABEL DECIAN, LMHC, RPT
Warm, grounded support for adults navigating anxiety, panic, OCD, emetophobia, and ADHD‑related overwhelm.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help adults reclaim their lives from the exhausting grip of anxiety, social fears, panic attacks, OCD, emetophobia, and ADHD‑related overwhelm. I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people feel safe, grounded, and capable in their own lives. I’ve seen how chronic worry, intrusive thoughts, and fear can shrink a person’s world, and I’m committed to creating a space where you don’t have to navigate those experiences alone. My work is warm, active, and collaborative. We'll focus on cutting through the noise of anxiety and rebuilding a sense of clarity, confidence, and lasting calm for adults across Washington State seeking effective, evidence‑based online therapy.
My Areas of Specialty

What It Feels Like to Work Together
Meeting you exactly as you are!
Working with me feels warm, steady, and collaborative. I’m an active therapist. I help you understand what’s happening inside your mind and body while offering practical tools that ease anxiety, panic, OCD, emetophobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and ADHD‑related overwhelm. Together, we create a grounded space where you can face fear with support, break old patterns, and build clarity, confidence, and lasting calm.
Clients often appreciate my background as an intensively trained child clinician and Registered Play Therapist, because I naturally incorporate creative, expressive strategies into sessions. These approaches can be especially helpful during intense moments, offering gentle ways to regulate your nervous system, stay present, and move through anxiety with more ease and compassion.
Getting Personal
I am originally from Brazil and I offer sessions both in English and Portuguese.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me enjoying family walks, spending time with friends, creative chaos at the craft table with my kid, and dreaming about our next travel adventure. These simple joys help me stay connected, curious, and energized in the work I do with clients.
