Online sessions are therapy sessions offered over the use of secure video-platform from the safety and comfort of your own home.
All you need is a private location and a device with a camera that is connected to the internet.
I am able to serve residents in Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, and any other city within Washington State!

You know the feeling too well: the tight sensation in your chest, fast heart beat, shallow breath, and panic. Your mind is going all directions, constantly worrying about your problems without being able to find an effective solution. Or perhaps, you find yourself struggling with OCD symptoms such as obsessive thoughts and engaging in rituals to try to get rid of the anxiety these thoughts bring upon you. You then may seek reassurance from loved ones just to find your emotions continues to persevere and impact all areas of your life. As a way to try to stop the anxiety and fear, you end up avoiding doing things and engaging in tasks you once enjoyed. All this anxiety is eating away from you finding your calm. I get it. These symptoms can be very scary, leaving you feeling hopeless and helpless at times.

I’ll teach you skills to manage these distressing emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. No more pushing the uncomfortable feelings away or engaging in avoidance strategies! We will explore thoughts, behaviors, feelings and sensations and make sense of how they developed overtime and how they are ruling your life by keeping you from engaging in your life.
We will explore what’s happening in your body, brain and mind in moments of distress, implement evidence-based strategies to help you develop mindful awareness of your symptoms, effectively examine and reframe your thoughts, and face your fears so anxiety and depression are not ruling your life anymore. You will learn how to regulate emotions more effectively, decrease emotional distress, and build a life worth living.
My style is gentle, caring, and compassionate. Clients who work with me often tell me they feel less anxious, improve their ability to regulate emotions, and notice more clarity in understanding how their mind and body works, all of which leads to taking more effective action.
I provide an individually tailored treatment plan centered on you, the client, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills. Additionally, I’m trained in and proud to offer Sandtray Therapy, and expressive form of therapy.
